Objective To explore the sleep disorder and nursing measures of patients with Parkinsons disease. Methods 70 patients with Parkinsons disease admitted from March 202to September 202were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Routine nursing for the control group and targeted nursing for sleep disorders in the observation group. Compare sleep quality, sleepiness, sleep status and satisfaction. Results The above indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The data show that the sleep disorder of Parkinsons disease is correlated with sex, age and severity of the disease. The incidence of sleep disorders is higher in patients over 60 years old, male patients, and patients with moderate and severe diseases. The incidence of sleep disorders was lower in patients under 60 years old, female patients and mild patients. The sleep behavior intervention, sleep hygiene intervention and various intervention measures of targeted nursing measures can effectively match the cognitive level and progress of patients, improve the sleep quality, sleepiness and sleep status of patients, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
