Objective This paper mainly discusses and studies the impact of health education on negative emotions and treatment compliance of pregnant diabetes patients. Methods The number of patients participating in this study was 80. The starting time of the study was January 2022 and the ending time was December 2022. The study lasted for one year. The patients were divided into two groups, the reference group and the experimental group. The number of patients in each group was 40. The patients in the reference group provided regular nursing and education, and the patients in the experimental group provided group management health education. The SAS and SDS scores and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the treatment compliance was higher （P<0.05）. There was a difference between the two groups. Conclusion The health education model of group management for pregnant women with diabetes can improve their treatment compliance and reduce their negative emotions.
