摘要
本文主要是讨论及研究群组管理健康教育对妊娠糖尿病病人负性情绪和治疗依从性的影响。 方法 参与本次研究病人的数量为 80 例,研究的起始时间为 2022 年 1 月份,截止时间为 2022 年 12 月份,研究 为期一年,将病人分成两组,参照组与实验组,每组病人的数量为 40 例,参照组的病人提供常规护理和教育, 实验组病人提供群组管理健康教育,比较两组病人 SAS 与 SDS 评分、治疗的依从性。结果 实验组病人的 SAS 与 SDS 评分好于参照组,治疗依从性更高,P<0.05,组间差异存在。结论 处于妊娠期的糖尿病病人提供群组管 理健康教育模式可以提高治疗依从性,降低病人的负性情绪。
Abstract
Objective This paper mainly discusses and studies the impact of health education on negative emotions and treatment compliance of pregnant diabetes patients. Methods The number of patients participating in this study was 80. The starting time of the study was January 2022 and the ending time was December 2022. The study lasted for one year. The patients were divided into two groups, the reference group and the experimental group. The number of patients in each group was 40. The patients in the reference group provided regular nursing and education, and the patients in the experimental group provided group management health education. The SAS and SDS scores and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the treatment compliance was higher (P<0.05). There was a difference between the two groups. Conclusion The health education model of group management for pregnant women with diabetes can improve their treatment compliance and reduce their negative emotions.
