摘要	本文旨在分析互动达标理论在 LDRP 家庭化产房护理中的应用效果。方法此次研究的 106 例对象均是 2022 年 1 月-2023 年 1 月期间入住 LDRP 家庭化产房分娩的产妇，对比实施不同护理措施后两组产妇分娩结局、疼痛评估和护理满意度评分。结果研究组阴道分娩率为 86.79%，疼痛评分为（4.54±0.32）分，护理满意评分为（92.51±1.22）分，显著优于对照组，P＜0.05 说明存在对比意义。结论互动达标理论在 LDRP 家庭化产房护理中的实际临床中的运用价值非常高，值得广泛推荐。
Abstract	Objective The purpose of this paper is to analyze the application effect of interactive reaching the standard theory in LDRP family delivery room nursing. Methods The 106 subjects of this study were all parturients who were admitted to the LDRP family delivery room from January 2022 to January 2023. The delivery outcome, pain assessment and nursing satisfaction score of the two groups of parturients after different nursing measures were compared. Results The vaginal delivery rate in the study group was 86.79%, the pain score was (4.54±0.32), and the nursing satisfaction score was (92.51±1.22), which was significantly better than that in the control group, P ＜ 0.05. Conclusion The application value of interactive reaching the standard theory in the practical clinical practice of LDRP family delivery room nursing is very high, and it is worthy of wide recommendation.
