认知护理干预模式用于老年肿瘤患者的临床有效性及对遵医依从性的影响分析

摘要
将认知护理干预方案,用于老年肿瘤患者,分析护理效果。方法 病例是老年肿瘤患者90例,研究时间2020年4月到2022年4月。将45例纳入普通组,进行常规护理。将另45例纳入认知护理干预组,进行认知护理干预。研究生活质量量表(WHOQOL-BREF)、焦虑(HAMA)、遵医依从性(Frankl)、老年肿瘤健康知识掌握评分、临床护理满意率。结果 ①护理4周后的HAMA评分指标,与普通组比较,认知护理干预组的更低(p<0.05);②护理4周后的WHOQOL-BREF评分、临床护理满意率、Frankl、老年肿瘤健康知识掌握评分指标,与普通组比较,认知护理干预组的均更高(p<0.05)。结论 将认知护理干预方案,用于老年肿瘤患者,能够更利于患者健康知识掌握情况、焦虑情绪改善,提高遵医依从性,利于改善生活质量。
Abstract
Objective Cognitive nursing intervention program, used in elderly cancer patients, to analyze the nursing effect. Methods A total of 90 elderly tumor patients were enrolled from April 2020 to April 2022. Forty-five cases were included in the general group for routine nursing. Another 45 cases were included in the cognitive nursing intervention group for cognitive nursing intervention. The Quality of Life Scale (WHOQOL-BREF), anxiety (HAMA), compliance (Frankl), health knowledge mastery score of senile tumors, and satisfaction rate of clinical care were studied. Results ① The HAMA score index after 4 weeks of nursing was lower in the cognitive nursing intervention group than in the general group (p < 0.05). ② After 4 weeks of nursing, the WHOQOL-BREF score, clinical nursing satisfaction rate, Frankl and health knowledge score index of elderly tumor were higher in cognitive nursing intervention group than in general group (p < 0.05). Conclusion The cognitive nursing intervention program used in elderly cancer patients can be more conducive to the patients health knowledge, anxiety improvement, improve medical compliance, and improve the quality of life.
