摘要	研究医护一体化护理的实施路径及在青少年特发性脊柱侧弯（AIS）中医外治护理中的应用价值。方法随机分组路径下将我院收治的70例AIS患者分为HL组和YH组各35例，两组均开展中医外治辅助治疗，临床护理中HL组患者应用常规护理模式，YH组应用医护一体化护理模式。对比两组患者的临床疗效及治疗指标（脊柱cobb角、脊柱疼痛程度VAS评分）、护理评价。结果 YG组患者临床治疗显效率、获效率依次为82.86%、94.86%，均高于HL组的71.43%、82.86%（P＜0.05）。护理后，YH组患者脊柱cobb角小于HL组（P＜0.05），VAS评分低于HL组（P＜0.05）。YH组共94.29%的患者对护理质量表示满意，高于HL组的74.29%（P＜0.05）。结论于AIS中医外治中应用医护一体化护理模式可充分发挥专业治疗和优质护理的联动优势，在提高护理工作质量的同时提高临床疗效，更好的满足患者护理需求。
Abstract	Objective To study the implementation path of medical-nurse integrated nursing and its application value in TCM external treatment nursing for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS). Methods 70 cases of AIS patients admitted to our hospital were divided into HL group and YH group with 35 cases in each according to random grouping. Integrated medical care model. The clinical curative effect, treatment index (cobb angle of spine, VAS score of spine pain degree) and nursing evaluation were compared between the two groups. Results The marked rate and recovery rate of patients in the YG group were 82.86% and 94.86%, respectively, which were higher than those of the HL group (71.43% and 82.86% (P<0.05). After nursing, the cobb angle of spine in YH group was lower than that in HL group (P<0.05), and the VAS score was lower than that in HL group (P<0.05). A total of 94.29% of the patients in the YH group were satisfied with the nursing quality, which was higher than 74.29% in the HL group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the integrated medical care model in AIS TCM external treatment can give full play to the linkage advantages of professional treatment and high-quality nursing, improve the quality of nursing work while improving clinical efficacy, and better meet the nursing needs of patients.
