Objetive To study and analyze the application value of pelvic floor ultrasonography in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods: 50 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the observation group of the study, and 50 patients with non-pelvic floor dysfunction were selected as the control group of the study.Both groups had to undergo pelvic floor ultrasonography, and the results of pelvic floor ultrasonography were compared between the two groups. Results: The parameters of A, M, N, the posterior Angle of the bladder and urethra, the rotation Angle of the urethra and the movement degree of the bladder neck in the observation group were much higher than those in the control group under the tension state (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Pelvic floor ultrasonography has high application value in the clinical diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction.
