Objective: To explore the practical value of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of children undergoing orthopedic surgery. Methods: In this study, a total of 102 children were selected for comparative experiment, all of whom underwent orthopaedic surgery. Before comparison, they were divided into groups, divided into 51 cases in the control group and the observation group. The former used conventional nursing mode, the latter carried out corresponding nursing on the basis of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery, and compared the practical application effect of the two groups. Results: The experimental data showed that the children in the observation group got out of bed for the first time after surgery, the length of hospital stay were shorter than the control group, and the pain score was lower than the control group and before nursing, at the same time, compared with the control group, the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly reduced, the satisfaction score of the childrens family was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the nursing of children with orthopedic surgery, the application of nursing countermeasures based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of children, improve the efficiency of rehabilitation, and reduce the occurrence of complications to the greatest extent. Compared with the conventional group, the family satisfaction of children is higher.
