Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of standardized rehabilitation treatment in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 42 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected from our hospital from 2020 to 2022 as the research and analysis objects, and randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group (21 cases each). The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was given standardized rehabilitation treatment. Observe the treatment effect of the two groups. Results After treatment, the JOA score of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of left back pain, left leg pain and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized rehabilitation therapy has a significant effect in patients with lumbar disc herniation. It can not only relieve pain, but also improve lumbar function and reduce the recurrence rate, so as to improve the treatment effect, which is worthy of promotion.
