摘要	探讨了针对慢性鼻－鼻窦炎患者采取功能性内镜鼻窦手术治疗的临床效果。方法以随机数字分组法将2018年7月～2019年7月我院接受治疗的慢性鼻－鼻窦炎患者（140例）分为采取传统手术治疗的对照组（70例）及采取功能性内镜鼻窦手术治疗的观察组（70例），之后对比分析两组的临床效果、SDS、嗅觉功能及PSQI。结果各组临床效果对比，观察组的总有效率97.14%明显高于对照组85.71%（P＜0.05），各组SDS评分对比，观察组的评分低于对照组（P＜0.05），各组嗅觉功能评分对比，观察组术后1个月、3个月以及6个月后的评分均比对照组高（P＜0.05），各组PSQI评分对比，观察组的分数相对更低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在慢性鼻－鼻窦炎患者实施治疗的过程中，采取功能性内镜鼻窦手术治疗，可显著提高患者临床疗效，改善患者心理状态及睡眠质量，提高患者嗅觉功能，因此值得临床应用与推行。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the clinical effect of functional endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods: 140 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into the control group (70 cases) treated with traditional surgery and the observation group (70 cases) treated with functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Then, the clinical effects, SDS, olfactory function and PSQI of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14% significantly higher than 85.71% of the control group (P < 0.05). The SDS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The olfactory function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after operation (P < 0.05). The PSQI score of the observation group was relatively lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: during the treatment of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis, functional endoscopic sinus surgery can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve the psychological state and sleep quality of patients, and improve the olfactory function of patients. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical application and implementation.
