Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the process of nursing care for patients with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm undergoing endovascular repair. Methods A total of 68 patients were enrolled in the study according to the way of comparative nursing observation. The study was conducted from February 2021 to April 2022. According to the way of blind grouping, they were divided into the control group (34 cases, regular nursing) and the observation group (34 cases, comprehensive nursing intervention). Analyze the difference of nursing effect. Results Compared the operation time, hospital stay and intraoperative bleeding volume of the two groups, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). By comparing the adverse reactions of the two groups during the treatment, the incidence of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative nursing of patients with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm undergoing endovascular repair can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, shorten the hospital stay, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the patients satisfaction with nursing.
