分析护理干预在阴道炎患者临床护理中的效果

摘要	探讨护理干预在阴道炎患者临床护理中的效果。方法将我院2021年1月-2022年1月80例阴道炎患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施护理干预。比较两组护理前后不良心理自评得分、满意度、阴道炎认知、遵医评分、半年复发率。结果实验组不良心理自评得分低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，阴道炎认知、遵医评分高于对照组，半年复发率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论阴道炎患者实施护理干预效果确切。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of vaginitis patients. Methods 80 patients with vaginitis in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given nursing intervention. The two groups were compared before and after nursing in terms of the scores of self assessment of bad psychology, satisfaction, cognition of vaginitis, score of compliance with doctors, and recurrence rate in half a year. Results The scores of the self assessment of bad psychology in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the scores of vaginitis cognition and medical compliance were higher than those in the control group, and the recurrence rate in half a year was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention on vaginitis patients is definite.
