摘要	分析在对多发伤患者进行急诊抢救的过程中将急诊护理干预进行运用的作用。方法结合对比护理评估的形式展开本次研究，共计在2021年2月至2022年4月急诊接收的多发伤患者中选取88例为对象，按照数字表随机抽样的形式，取其中的44例，在进行急诊救治的过程中展开常规护理护理，作为对照组，在对剩下患者进行急诊救治的过程中则需要将急诊护理干预展开运用，作为观察组。分析两组患者在急诊救治过程中护理干预层面的差异。结果结合护理对比可以发现，在术前抢救时间、抢救成功率以及患者护理满意度方面，观察组均存在有明显优势，P<0.05。结论在对多发伤患者进行急诊抢救的过程中将急诊护理干预进行运用，可以有效缩短患者的术前抢救时间，提升该部分患者抢救成功率，增加患者对临床护理工作的满意度。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of emergency nursing intervention in the process of emergency rescue for patients with multiple injuries. Methods This study was carried out in combination with the form of comparative nursing evaluation. A total of 88 patients with multiple injuries admitted to the emergency department from February 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the objects. According to the form of random sampling in the number table, 44 of them were selected to carry out routine nursing care in the process of emergency treatment as the control group. In the process of emergency treatment for the remaining patients, emergency nursing intervention should be applied as the observation group. To analyze the difference of nursing intervention level between the two groups in emergency treatment. Results Combined with nursing comparison, it can be found that the observation group has obvious advantages in preoperative rescue time, rescue success rate and nursing satisfaction of patients, P<0.05. Conclusions The application of emergency nursing intervention in the process of emergency rescue for patients with multiple injuries can effectively shorten the preoperative rescue time of patients, improve the success rate of rescue of these patients, and increase the satisfaction of patients with clinical nursing work.
