摘要
对健康教育措施对老年糖尿病患者疾病认知情况影响进行讨论,希望可以为老年糖尿病护理研究提供一点建议。方法 研究时间段为2021年9月到2022年9月,对象为院内就诊糖尿病患者,均属于老年阶段,共计70例,随机编号后利用计算机随机抽取方式划分为对照组与观察组,分别采取常规模式、常规模式联合健康教育模式开展两组护理工作,对两组护理结果数据信息进行统计与比较。结果 将两组接受不同护理后相关数据信息输入到统计学系统中处理得出结果P值<0.05,差异显著,观察组整体对疾病认知程度评分、依从性、满意度以及相关不良反应发生风险等相关数据信息均明显比对照组更具优势。结论 健康教育措施可改善老年糖尿病患者疾病认知情况,让患者主动参与到护理中,减少不良反应对患者影响,促进患者尽早康复。
Abstract
Objective To discuss the impact of health education measures on the disease cognition of elderly diabetes patients, hoping to provide some suggestions for nursing research of elderly diabetes patients. Methods The study period was from September 2021 to September 2022. The subjects were diabetes patients in the hospital, all of whom belonged to the elderly stage, a total of 70 cases. After random numbering, they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by means of computer sampling. The two groups of nursing work were carried out by adopting the conventional mode and the conventional mode combined with health education mode, and the data and information of the two groups of nursing results were statistically compared. Results The relevant data information of the two groups after receiving different nursing care was input into the statistical system and the result was P<0.05, with significant difference. The observation group had significantly more advantages than the control group in terms of the overall score of disease cognition, compliance, satisfaction and the risk of adverse reactions. Conclusion Health education measures can improve the cognition of elderly patients with diabetes, enable patients to actively participate in nursing, reduce the impact of adverse reactions on patients, and promote patients to recover as soon as possible.
