Objective To explore and analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Zhenfang Baiwanzi on Barthel score after stroke. Methods The study was started in January 2021 and ended in December 2022. According to the steps of the computer random selection procedure, 76 patients with stroke admitted to our hospital were selected as the subjects of the study. The groups were divided in different ways. The first group was the control group with 38 patients receiving conventional western medicine treatment, and the second group was the observation group with 38 patients receiving acupuncture and moxibustion combined with zhen fang bai wan zi treatment, Compare and analyze the final results of patients. Results The group with higher NIHSS score was the control group, and the group with higher Barthel score was the observation group (P<0.05). The observation group had higher satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with stroke symptoms, the use of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with genuine white pills to carry out clinical disease treatment has greatly improved the level of patients ability of daily living, improved their neurological deficits, and obtained more accurate clinical results. This is a treatment model that should be widely used and promoted.
