Objective To analyze the effectiveness of hysteroscopic suction combined with Foley catheter balloon compression treatment for cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods 46 patients with type I and II cesarean scar pregnancy were selected from February 2020 to February 2023. Divide into a reference group (uterine artery embolization followed by suction) and an experimental group (Foley catheter balloon compression treatment) using a random number table method. 23 cases in each group. Compare the treatment effects between the two groups. Results β- The comparison of hCG indicators showed a significant decrease in the experimental group after 1 and 2 weeks of surgery (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of postoperative vaginal bleeding between the two groups. The number of days of vaginal bleeding, hospitalization time, and hospitalization expenses in the experimental group were significantly lower (P<0.05). The postoperative complications were significantly higher in the reference group (P<0.05). The experimental group had a lower rate of secondary curettage and incidence of adverse reactions (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of hysteroscopic monitoring combined with Foley catheter balloon compression treatment for cesarean scar pregnancy is prominent.
