人性化心理护理干预在胃癌手术患者中的应用效果分析

摘要	针对胃癌患者实施人性化心理护理干预，帮助患者提升围手术期的护理成果。方法实验选取2021年6月～2022年5月收治的70例胃癌患者为研究对象，取电脑系统随机排序分组法分组，每组35例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施，观察组则为人性化心理护理干预，对比围术期患者情况。结果观察组患者并发症发生率为低于对照组，对比具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。此外，焦虑和抑郁情绪对比中，观察组优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。最后，在护理舒适度的调查上，观察组患者高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用人性化心理护理干预方案对于胃癌患者具有适用性，缓解患者的治疗压力，患者的治疗舒适度更高，得以推广。
Abstract	Objective To implement humanized psychological nursing intervention for gastric cancer patients to help patients improve their perioperative nursing results. Methods 70 gastric cancer patients admitted from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected into 35 patients. Patients in the control group adopted routine nursing measures, while the observation group was humanized psychological nursing intervention, and compared the situation of perioperative patients. Results The complication rate of observed group was lower than control group and statistically significant (P <0.05). In addition, in the comparison of anxiety and depression mood, the observation group was better than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Finally, in the survey of nursing comfort, the patients in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, which was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Humanized psychological nursing intervention program is suitable for gastric cancer patients, and it relieves their treatment pressure.
