摘要	本文旨在探究家庭病床联合音乐疗法的护理措施对患者生活活动能力和焦虑情绪的影响，并提供科学有效的护理方案。方法选取2022年3月1日至2022年3月31日南通某社区老年脑梗死恢复期患者120例为研究对象，采用随机分组方法分为两组，实验组（60例）和对照组（60例）。对照组：实施家庭病床的常规护理方法；实验组：在常规护理的基础上对其实施音乐疗法的护理干预。比较2组患者干预后的基本日常生活活动能力评估表（ADL）和焦虑自评量表（SAS）的得分。结果实验组患者的ADL得分高于对照组的得分，实验组患者的SAS得分低于对照组得分。两组患者在干预后ADL得分、SAS评分具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论家庭病床联合音乐疗法可以改善老年脑梗死恢复期患者的日常生活活动能力，并缓解焦虑的情况。故科学的护理措施可以有效提高患者的康复效果。
Abstract	Objective This paper aims to explore the impact of home hospital bed nursing measures combined with music therapy on patients life activity ability and anxiety, and to provide scientific and effective nursing programs. Methods 120 elderly patients with convalescent cerebral infarction in a community in Nantong from March 1,2022 to March 31,2022 were selected and divided into two groups, experimental group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). Control group: implementing the routine nursing method of home sickbeds; experimental group: implementing the nursing intervention for music therapy on the basis of routine nursing. The scores of the post-intervention basic daily living activities ability assessment form (ADL) and the anxiety self-assessment scale (SAS) were compared in group 2 patients. Results The ADL score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the SAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The ADL score and SAS score were statistically significant after the two intervention groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Home hospital beds combined with music therapy can improve their daily living activities and relieve their anxiety. Therefore, scientific nursing measures can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients.
