摘要
探讨翻转课堂教学模式在血管外科护理带教中应用的价值。方法 选取72名护生随机分为观察组与对照组开展研究,每组各36名,前者采取传统带教方式,后者实施应用翻转课堂教学模式,比较应用效果。结果 相关数据表明,与对照组相比,观察组护生理论知识、操作技能、沟通技巧以及综合评测评分均相对较高,而且护生对带教工作的满意度大幅度提升(P<0.05)。结论 翻转课堂模式在血管外科护理带教中的应用可提升整体护理质量水平,并且护生的理论知识、实操技能、沟通技巧等方面专业能力均有所提高,护生对带教模式的满意度较高,对后续护生从事临床护理工作的开展有积极促进作用。
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of the flipped classroom teaching mode in the teaching of vascular surgery nursing. Methods 72 nursing students were randomly divided into observation group and control group to carry out research, each group had 36 students, the former adopted the traditional teaching method, and the latter implemented the flipped classroom teaching mode to compare the application effect. Results The relevant data showed that compared with the control group, the theoretical knowledge, operational skills, communication skills and comprehensive evaluation scores of the observation group were relatively higher, and the nursing students satisfaction with teaching work was greatly improved (P<0.05 ). Conclusion The application of the flipped classroom model in the teaching of vascular surgery nursing can improve the overall quality of nursing, and the theoretical knowledge, practical skills, communication skills and other professional abilities of nursing students have been improved. Satisfaction is high, which has a positive role in promoting the follow-up nursing students to engage in clinical nursing work.
