The rural revitalization strategy is fully in line with the strategic intention of the Party Central Committee and the common will of the whole Party, and is an important foundation for the establishment of a modern economic system. In order to examine the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and promote the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, we analyzed five aspects, including the construction of grass-roots organizations, industrial structure, talent training and implementation, rural style and civilization construction, and ecological construction. And through fieldwork and research in Yongtai County and its rural industrial bases, policy recommendations were made to address these issues, such as training new types of professional farmers, enriching rural culture and creating a vibrant rural area, to provide a reference for developing and creating rural revitalisation.
