摘要
1000万吨/年常减压装置是用于石油、化工等工业生产的蒸馏装置。为了有效的降低能耗就必须对1000万吨/年常减压装置进行深入的探究,从而可以从各个方面进行降低能耗的技术研究。本文首先对1000万吨/年常减压装置进行概述,然后根据某企业的应用实例进行降低能耗的探究。期间通过换热网络模拟程序的设置和重新优化,并采取多种形式进行热能回收再利用和装置高效清理工作,以达到提高工作效能、降低能耗的效果。同时本文以东营市利津县利华益利津炼化有限公司为例,介绍该企业在生产过程中降低能耗的现实表现,以期达到有效的降低能耗探索范例。
Abstract
10 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum unit is a distillation unit used in petroleum, chemical and other industrial production. In order to effectively reduce energy consumption, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the 10 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum device, so that technical research on reducing energy consumption can be carried out from all aspects. This paper firstly summarizes the 10 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum unit, and then explores the reduction of energy consumption according to the application example of a certain enterprise. During this period, through the setting and re-optimization of the heat exchange network simulation program, various forms of heat energy recovery and reuse and efficient cleaning of the device are adopted to achieve the effect of improving work efficiency and reducing energy consumption. At the same time, this paper takes Lihua Yilijin Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd., Lijin County, Dongying City as an example, to introduce the actual performance of the enterprise in reducing energy consumption in the production process, in order to achieve an effective example of reducing energy consumption.
