整体护理对急性胆囊炎手术患者早期康复效果及护理满意度的影响

摘要	研究分析整体护理对急性胆囊炎手术患者早期康复效果及护理满意度的影响。方法选择我院2020年3月至2022年10月收治的76例急性胆囊炎患者，均接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗，随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组，各38例，对照组患者围术期开展常规护理干预，研究组围术期开展整体护理干预，就两组患者早期康复效果及护理满意度等进行评定对比。结果研究组患者术后首次排气时间、首次离床时间、引流管移除时间、术后住院时间等均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组护理满意度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论整体护理应用于急性胆囊炎手术患者中，能够提升术后早期康复效果，提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To study and analyze the effect of holistic nursing on early rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction of patients with acute cholecystitis. Methods A total of 76 patients with acute cholecystitis admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to October 2022 were selected, all of whom received laparoscopic cholecystectomy. They were randomly divided into study group and control group with 38 cases each. The control group carried out routine nursing intervention during perioperative period, while the research group carried out holistic nursing intervention during perioperative period. The early rehabilitation effect and nursing satisfaction were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results The first postoperative exhaust time, the first time to leave the bed, the drainage tube removal time, postoperative hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of holistic nursing in patients with acute cholecystitis can improve the early postoperative rehabilitation effect and improve nursing satisfaction.
