Objective To explore the application effect of strengthening nursing risk management in nursing management. Methods 38 patients admitted from July 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the experimental group. Another 38 patients admitted from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the reference group. The occurrence of adverse events, nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group (5.26 vs 23.68)% was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was established (P<0.05); The scores of basic nursing (88.39 ± 4.52 vs 84.41 ± 3.92), ward management (89.03 ± 5.10 vs 85.16 ± 4.35), nursing documents (88.47 ± 5.20 vs 84.59 ± 3.77) and skill operation (89.31 ± 4.86 vs 85.02 ± 3.95) in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was true (P<0.05); The degree of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group (97.37 vs 84.24)% was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was established (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the application of risk management in hospital nursing management has a good effect. The occurrence of adverse events in patients is reduced, the quality of nursing is improved, and the degree of nursing satisfaction is improved. It has important clinical application value. It is recommended to further promote and apply.
