新冠肺炎疫情期间手术室的防控细节管理分析

摘要	在新冠肺炎疫情期间做好手术室的防控管理工作，避免或降低院内交叉感染事件发生。方法在新冠肺炎疫情期间完善手术室防控细节管理，完善组织架构，并定制相应的储备方案，对手术室各类物质加强管理。结果我院手术室于2022年下半年开始接受新冠肺炎感染者的手术治疗任务，在此期间，医、护、患及家属均未发生感染事件。结论在新冠肺炎疫情期间加强手术室的防控细节管理，可提高手术室应对重大公共卫生事件的管理能力。
Abstract	Objective To do a good job in the prevention and control management of the operating room during the novel coronavirus outbreak, so as to avoid or reduce the occurrence of cross-infection in the hospital. Methods During the period of the novel coronavirus outbreak, the management of prevention and control details in the operating room was improved, the organizational structure was improved, and the corresponding reserve plan was customized to strengthen the management of various substances in the operating room. Results In the second half of 2022, operating rooms of our hospital began to receive surgical treatment for patients infected with COVID-19. During this period, no infection occurred among doctors, nurses, patients and their families. Conclusion Strengthening the management of prevention and control details in the operating room during the novel coronavirus outbreak can improve the management ability of the operating room to deal with major public health events.
