摘要	在对一例A型血友病合并急性弥漫性腹膜炎患者的围手术期护理心得。护理要点：患者情况紧急，需要多学科合作治疗来保证围手术期间的凝血因子水平及术后有效控制出血；行急诊术后有效预防感染及并发症的发生；保证充足的营养支持治疗的重要性；以及术后健康指导预防静脉血栓的发生。患者经过医护团队的精心救治，遂于半月后顺利拔管出院。
Abstract	In a case of hemophilia A patients with acute diffuse peritonitis perioperative nursing experience. Nursing points: The patients situation is urgent, and multidisciplinary cooperation is needed to ensure the level of coagulation factors during the perioperative period and effectively control the bleeding after operation. The occurrence of infection and complications can be effectively prevented after emergency operation. The importance of ensuring adequate nutritional support; And postoperative health guidance to prevent the occurrence of venous thrombosis. After careful treatment by the medical team, the patient was extubated and discharged from hospital half a month later.
