探究全方位护理在老年胆囊结石患者围手术期护理中的应用价值

| 摘要 |
研究分析老年胆囊结石患者围手术期接受全方位护理的作用价值。方法 样本对象为60例于2020年1月至2022年11月期间在我院接受手术的老年胆囊结石患者，随机分为对照组及研究组。对照组围手术期接受常规护理干预，研究组接受全方位护理，对比两组的术后恢复、不同时间点应激反应指标以及护理满意度。结果 不同的护理干预后，研究组患者的排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均短于对照组；研究组术后肾上腺素水平以及血清皮质醇水平优于对照组；研究组护理满意度为100.0%，高于对照组的83.3%，以上数据差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 老年胆囊结石患者围手术期接受全方位护理干预可提升手术效果、促进术后康复，值得推荐使用。

| Abstract |
Objective To study and analyze the value of all-round nursing in elderly patients with cholecystolithiasis during perioperative period. Methods The sample subjects were 60 elderly patients with cholecystolithiasis who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to November 2022, and were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group received routine nursing intervention during perioperative period, and the study group received comprehensive nursing. The postoperative recovery, stress response indexes at different time points and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After different nursing intervention, the exhaust time and bowel sound recovery time of the study group were shorter than that of the control group. The levels of adrenalin and serum cortisol in the study group were better than those in the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100.0%, higher than that of the control group (83.3%), and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of elderly patients with cholecystolithiasis can improve the surgical effect and promote postoperative rehabilitation, and is worthy of recommendation.
