探讨手术室细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的应用价值

摘要	分析使用手术室细节护理提升安全的效果。方法随机抽取2020年5月-2021年5月未实施手术室细节护理的100例手术患者纳入A组，随机抽取2021年6月-2022年6月实施手术室细节护理的100例手术患者纳入B组，对比护理效果。结果 B组手术室护理质量评分[管理仪器（91.15±4.76）分、准备器械（91.34±4.46）分、消毒隔离（91.56±4.29）分、无菌操作（91.19±4.53）分]、护理满意度评分[接患者及时性（89.76±3.21）分、体位摆放（89.84±3.13）分、手术室环境（89.57±3.34）分、配合技能（89.38±5.33）分]、风险事件发生率（1.00）%、术后并发症发生率（2.00）%优于A组（p＜0.05）。结论将手术室细节护理用于临床，手术室护理安全系数得到显著提升并获得广大患者的高度认可。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of detail nursing in operating room to improve safety. Methods 100 patients who did not receive detailed nursing care in the operating room from May 2020 to May 2021 were randomly selected to be included in group A, and 100 patients who received detailed nursing care in the operating room from June 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected to be included in group B, and the nursing effect was compared. Results In group B, nursing quality score of operating room [management instruments (91.15±4.76) points, preparation instruments (91.34±4.46) points, disinfection and isolation (91.56±4.29) points, aseptic operation (91.19±4.53) points], nursing satisfaction score [timeliness of receiving patients (89.76±3.21) points, position placement (89) points 84±3.13) points, operating room environment (89.57±3.34) points, coordination skills (89.38±5.33) points], incidence of risk events (1.00) %, incidence of postoperative complications (2.00) % than group A (p < 0.05). Conclusion The safety factor of operating room nursing has been significantly improved and is highly recognized by the majority of patients.
