| 摘要 |
探究分析优质护理对结核病患者心理情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取我院于2020年1月至2021年1月所收治的共计80例结核病患者患者作为本次研究的样本对象，通过电脑随机的方式将其划分为两组：观察组以及对照组，每组患者各40例。其中对照组患者接受常规的护理管理，而观察组的患者则应用优质护理干预。对比分析两组患者的不良心理评分、对于护理的满意度以及预后的生活质量情况。结果 应用了优质护理管理的观察组患者的不良心理评分显著低于单纯接受常规护理管理的对照组患者，组间对比的差异具备统计学上的意义（p＜0.05）；且相较于只应用了常规护理管理的对照组患者而言，接受了优质护理管理的观察组患者对于护理的满意度以及预后的生活质量情况都是明显要更好的，组间对比的差异具备统计学上的意义（p＜0.05）。结论 针对结核病患者采用优质护理干预可以有效改善患者的不良心理情绪并提升患者对于护理的满意度，也提高了患者的预后生活质量，临床上值得进行推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the influence of high quality nursing on psychological emotion and nursing satisfaction of patients with tuberculosis. Methods: a total of 80 patients with tuberculosis were selected from January 2020 to January 2021 as the sample objects of this study. They were divided into two groups by computer random way: observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing management, while the patients in the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention. The adverse psychological score, nursing satisfaction and prognosis quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: the adverse psychological scores of patients in the observation group who applied high-quality nursing management were significantly lower than those in the control group who only received routine nursing management. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with the patients in the control group who only applied routine nursing management, the patients in the observation group who received high-quality nursing management had significantly better nursing satisfaction and prognostic quality of life. The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: high quality nursing intervention for tuberculosis patients can effectively improve the patients unhealthy psychological mood and improve their satisfaction with nursing, and improve their prognosis and quality of life.
