Objective to observe and analyze the effect of seamless nursing strategy in improving the quality of nursing in operating room. Methods From January to December 2018, our hospitals operating room implemented routine care, and from January to December 2019, our hospitals operating room implemented a seamless care strategy, with a two-year study on the quality of operating room care. Select 2000 patient medical records from each of them, analyze and explore them, and analyze the effectiveness of seamless nursing strategies in improving the quality of nursing in the operating room. Results the number of complaints from patients decreased significantly in 2019, with a total of 54 complaints and a complaint rate of 2.70%; The overall rehabilitation effect of patients in 2019 was significantly better than that in 2018, and 1967 patients generally expressed satisfaction with operating room nursing services, with a satisfaction rate of 98.35%; At the same time, by organizing 2-year surgical data and comparing the same type of surgery, the surgical time in 2019 was 56.31 ± 12.30 (min), which was significantly lower than the 67.93 ± 12.69 (min) in 2018.The comparison results of the two sets of data showed statistical significance: P<0.05. Conclusion the use of seamless nursing strategy in the operation room can effectively improve the professional level of nursing staff, improve the cooperation of patients, reduce nurse-patient disputes, and is conducive to shorten the operation time, both can improve the quality of care, and can improve the safety of patients with surgery.
