整体护理在结核病患者护理中的应用效果

摘要	探讨结核病患者护理中整体护理的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2020年2月-2022年2月本院结核病患者100例，依据护理方法分为整体护理组、常规护理组两组，各50例。统计分析两组肺功能、用药依从性、生活质量、痰菌转阴情况、护理满意度。结果整体护理组患者的FEV1、FEV1%pred、Morisky评分、GQOLI-74评分均高于常规护理组（P<0.05）。整体护理组患者的痰菌转阴率90.00%（45/50）高于常规护理组74.00%（37/50）（χ2=4.336，P<0.05）。整体护理组患者的护理满意度96.00%（48/50）高于常规护理组80.00%（40/50）（χ2=6.061，P<0.05）。结论结核病患者护理中整体护理的应用效果较常规护理好。
Abstract	Objective: To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in the nursing of tuberculosis patients. Methods 100 cases of TB patients in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to nursing methods: holistic nursing group and routine nursing group, with 50 cases in each group. Lung function, medication compliance, quality of life, negative sputum and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The FEV1, FEV1%Pred, Morisky score and GQOLI-74 score in holistic care group were higher than those in conventional care group (P<0.05). The sputum negative conversion rate of holistic care group was 90.00% (45/50) higher than that of conventional care group (74.00% (37/50) (χ2=4.336, P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of holistic nursing group was 96.00% (48/50) higher than that of conventional nursing group 80.00% (40/50) (χ2=6.061, P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of holistic nursing is better than that of conventional nursing.
