Objective To explore the effectiveness of osteoporosis nursing intervention in elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods In this study, 112 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture were selected for comparative experiment, blind pumping method was used to group, the control group using conventional nursing and the implementation of osteoporosis nursing means observation group 56 patients, compared the practical application effect of the two groups. Results The relevant data showed that compared with the control group, the health knowledge rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher. Meanwhile, the pain score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group and before nursing, and the satisfaction was significantly improved (P < 0.05). Conclusions Osteoporosis care during the treatment of elderly patients with hip fracture can not only effectively improve their health knowledge, but also reduce the pain of patients, and have higher satisfaction than the conventional group.
