中医护理技术规范及推广模式在门诊的构建研究

摘要	探讨构建门诊中医护理管理技术规范及推广模式的应用价值｡方法选取某院门诊26例护理人员为对象，采用平均数分法分为对照组与观察组，各13例｡对照组护士按医师医嘱执行中医护理及各项基础护理工作，而观察组护士在此基础上构建中医护理管理技术规范及推广模式｡然后对两组护士中医护理能力､被管理患者的满意度及护士本人职业满意度等情况进行比较｡结果观察组护士中医四诊､辨证施护､中医特护､中医科研等方面能力评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；患者对观察组护士技术能力､教育关系及信任度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护士对个人价值､工作环境､工作能力认可度及个人发展的满意度评分均显著高于对照，组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）｡结论在医院门诊构建中医护理管理技术规范及推广模式有利于提升护理人员专业技术能力，提升对患者的护理服务质量，促进护士职业价值的提升，有利于医院门诊护理工作高质高效开展，值得在临床上推广应用｡
Abstract	Objective To explore the application value of establishing technical norms and popularizing models of outpatient TCM nursing management. Methods 26 cases of outpatient nurses in a hospital were divided into control group and observation group by average score method, 13 cases in each group. The nurses in the control group performed TCM nursing and basic nursing according to doctors orders, and the nurses in the observation group constructed TCM nursing management technical norms and promotion models. Then compare the nursing ability of traditional Chinese medicine, patients satisfaction and nurses job satisfaction between the two groups. Results The ability scores of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the scores of nurses technical ability, educational relationship and trust were significantly higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion The establishment of TCM nursing management technical norms and promotion model in the outpatient department of hospital is beneficial to the promotion of professional skills of nurses, the quality of nursing service to patients, the promotion of professional value of nurses, and the development of high quality and high efficiency of outpatient nursing work.
