Objective To explore the clinical application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of patients undergoing spinal surgery. Methods In this survey, 84 patients of spinal surgery received by our hospital in the 2020.9-2022.9 stage were selected. According to the random allocation criteria, the patients were divided into two groups: the reference group (n=42) and the other was the experimental group (n=42). The reference group was given routine nursing. The experimental group adopted rapid rehabilitation nursing to compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results From the index of infusion time, bedtime time and number of hospital days, Compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups, Based on the data statistics, The infusion time, bed time and hospitalization days were less than the reference group, The difference changes significantly, P<0.05, Statistical significance exists; From postoperative complications including pressure ulcers, pulmonary infections, and abdominal distension, Contrare the probability of postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups, Based on the data statistics, experimental group, The probability of adverse reactions is lower than that in the reference group, Comparing the two sets of data, The difference changes significantly, P<0.05, Statistical significance exists; experimental group, Nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the reference group, Comparing the two sets of data, The difference changes significantly, P<0.05, There was a statistical significance. Conclusion Among patients with spinal surgery, good clinical results have been achieved through rapid rehabilitation care, and the quality of life of patients has been improved, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
