探究限制儿科住院病房家属陪护对提升护理工作的效果

| 摘要 |
限制患儿家属陪人可提升儿科病房患者满意度，降低病房交叉感染率。方法 选取2019年10月及2020年10月在我院收治的患儿分别为248例及252例，对照组为2019年10月住院患儿，未对患儿家属人数进行固定并限制；观察组为2020年10月住院患儿，对患儿家属采取固定并限制，严格遵守在疫情期间每位患儿仅由一名家属作为陪同的规定。结果 固定并限制患儿家属后，观察组患儿的交叉感染率明显低于观察组（P＜0.05），观察组患儿病房患者满意度显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 固定并限制患儿家属陪同，不仅能提高患者家属的就医依从性，有效并规范的落实了病房管理制度，还可以提高患者满意度，降低患儿重复交叉感染率。

| Abstract |
Objective: To restrict the family of children can improve the satisfaction of patients and reduce the cross-infection rate. Methods 248 and 252 were admitted in October 2019 and October 2019; in October 2020, the family members and strictly observed the regulations that only one family member was accompanied by each child during the epidemic. Results After fixation and restriction of the families, the cross-infection rate was significantly lower than in the observation group (P <0.05) and the ward satisfaction was significantly higher than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Fixed and limiting the companionship of family members can not only improve the compliance of patients, effectively and standardize the ward management system, but also improve patient satisfaction and reduce the rate of repeated cross-infection.
