急性脑梗塞患者抢救后康复护理的应用分析

摘要	探究对急性脑梗塞患者抢救后实施康复护理的应用效果。方法筛选2021年4月-2022年4月以来，由我院接收并实施抢救的急性脑梗塞患者118例作为参与者纳入本次研究。分组标准以入院就诊的先后次序为准，将其分成两组。其中一组以常规护理模式进行干预，为常规组（59例），另外一组在此基础上展开康复护理，为康复组（59例）。统计两种模式的护理效果，并就研究所得数据展开分析与对比。结果与常规组相比，康复组的临床疗效更为理想，有效率更高；且康复组的生活及运动能力评分更高，NIHSS评分更低。结论为急性脑梗塞患者抢救后，积极实施康复护理的应用效果理想。不仅有助于患者运动及生活能力的提升，且能够明显缓解患者的不良心态，是一种集应用价值与安全性为一体的可靠护理模式，值得在今后的相关治疗中作为首先优先应用。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing for patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods From April 2021-Since April 2022,118 patients with acute cerebral infarction received and rescued by our hospital were included in this study as participants. Group criteria were divided into two groups based on the order of admission. One group intervened in the usual care model based on the routine group (59 cases), and the other group conducted rehabilitation care based on the rehabilitation group (59 cases). The nursing effect of the two modes was counted, and the data obtained from the study was analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the conventional group, the rehabilitation group was more effective and effective; and the rehabilitation group had higher life and motor performance scores and lower NIHSS scores. Conclusion is the application of rehabilitation nursing for acute cerebral infarction. It is not only conducive to the improvement of patients exercise and life ability, but also can significantly alleviate the bad mentality of patients. It is a reliable nursing mode integrating application value and safety, and is worth priority in the relevant treatment in the future.
