综合心理护理对帕金森病患者的影响探讨

摘要	对于临床帕金森病患者治疗中综合心理护理的影响进行探讨。方法以随机法在我院选择2021年8月至2022年9月间来我院进行治疗的帕金森患者60例作为研究对象，利用数字随机法均分为对照组（n=30）及观察组（n=30），针对两组患者护理前以及护理后抑郁状态以及生活质量等通过汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、诺丁汉健康问卷（NHP）、生活满意度调查Z量表（LSIZ）进行分析。结果在护理干预前防止患者的生活质量评分以及汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分无明显差异，P>0.05。进行心理护理干预后，与对照组相比较，采取综合心理护理干预的观察组患者汉密尔顿抑郁评分量表评分明显更低，差异显著，P<0.05；经护理干预后与对照组相比较，观察组患者的抑郁症状改善情况明显更优，差异显著，P<0.05；与护理干预强项比较，两组患者经过护理干预后再情绪反应、社交生活、生活关系、躯体活动、睡眠等各项指标评分方面明显更低，差异显著，P<0.05。结论在临床治疗帕金森病患者的过程中通过综合心理护理干预能够让患者的抑郁状况和生活质量得到有效改善。
Abstract	Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive psychological nursing in the treatment of patients with Parkinsons disease. Methods 60 patients with Parkinsons disease who came to our hospital for treatment from August 2021 to September 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group (n=30) and the observation group (n=30) by digital random method. The Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), Nottingham Health Questionnaire (NHP) The life satisfaction survey Z scale (LSIZ) was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the quality of life score and Hamilton Depression Scale score of patients before nursing intervention (P>0.05). After psychological nursing intervention, compared with the control group, the Hamilton Depression Scale score of patients in the observation group who took comprehensive psychological nursing intervention was significantly lower, with a significant difference (P<0.05); After nursing intervention, compared with the control group, the improvement of depressive symptoms in the observation group was significantly better, with a significant difference (P<0.05); Compared with the strengths of nursing intervention, the scores of emotional response, social life, life relationship, physical activity, sleep and other indicators of patients in the two groups were significantly lower after nursing intervention, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the depression and quality of life of patients with Parkinsons disease during the clinical treatment.
