Objective To evaluate the change of quality of life of clinical diabetes patients under the intervention of evidence-based nursing, and provide theoretical reference for clinical treatment and nursing of diabetes foot patients. Methods More than 100 patients with diabetes who were controlled by our hospital from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into the observation group (n=50) and the control group (n=50) according to the different nursing modes. The patients in the control group were intervened with conventional nursing mode after admission, and the patients in the observation group were intervened with evidence-based nursing mode on this basis, The quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing intervention were compared. Results After nursing intervention, the scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of health status, physical function, emotional function, social function and other indicators (P<0.05). After nursing intervention, the overall nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was 80%, and that of patients in the observation group was 98%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based nursing model has obvious application effect in the clinical treatment of diabetes foot patients. Through this nursing model, patients clinical symptoms and prognosis can be actively improved, and the treatment effect of diabetes foot can be comprehensively improved. At the same time, patients quality of life, that is, the satisfaction rate of clinical nursing, can be comprehensively improved, which has great clinical promotion value.
