| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 80 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly selected and divided into group A (routine care) and group B (quality care) by computer randomized method, and the effects of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of group B was 95.00% and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.50%, which were better than 77.50% and 20.00% in group A (χ2=5.164, 6.134, p=0.023, 0.013). After nursing, B group lifestyle score [smoking and drinking (89.53±4.32) points, regular diet (89.39±4.34) points, regular exercise (89.26±3.41) points, regular daily living (89.43±3.61) points], mental state score [depression (1.02±0.34) points, mental anxiety (1.06±0.39) points ), sleep disorders (1.04±0.32) points, somatic anxiety (1.05±0.38) points], quality of life score [somatic function (83.16±3.58) points, social function (83.53±3.67) points, physiological function (83.42±3.64) points, psychological function (83.25±3.52) points], discharge When the nursing satisfaction scores [active service (89.94±3.18) points, health education (89.57±3.34) points, communication ability (89.76±3.21) points, operation level (89.82±3.23) points] were better than those of group A (p < 0.05). Conclusion The use of high quality nursing for tuberculosis patients can play a better nursing effect, can help patients to develop good living habits, improve their mentality and quality of life, to a certain extent to prevent the formation of complications, which is highly recognized by patients.
