摘要	研究对消化性溃疡患者临床护理中采取系统护理+分析护理模式的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2018年1月-2019年12月期间接收治疗的94例消化性溃疡患者，对其实施随机分组，A组（47例）患者使用常规护理模式，B组（47例）患者使用系统护理+分期护理的模式，比较两组不同护理模式下的临床效果和生活质量情况。结果 B组患者无论是临床效果、并发症控制，还是生活质量改善方面，效果均优于A组，两组对比有差异，P＜0.05。结论将系统护理+分析护理联合模式运用于消化性溃疡患者临床护理中，不仅可以降低并发症，还能够促进患者临床疗效及生活质量的改善，该护理模式值得推广借鉴。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of systematic nursing + analysis nursing model in the clinical nursing of patients with peptic ulcer and its influence on the quality of life of patients. Methods 94 patients with peptic ulcer who received treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into group A (47 cases) using conventional nursing mode and group B (47 cases) using systematic nursing + stage nursing mode. The clinical effects and quality of life of the two groups under different nursing modes were compared. Results Group B was superior to group A in terms of clinical effect, complication control and life quality improvement, and there were differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The system nursing + analysis nursing combined mode applied in the clinical nursing of patients with peptic ulcer can not only reduce complications, but also promote the improvement of clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients. The nursing mode is worth promoting and learning from.
