Objective To analyze the application effect of joint participatory nursing model in the nursing of infants in the same room. Methods A total of 62 parturients who gave birth in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and research group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given routine room nursing, while the research group was given joint participatory nursing mode. The self-scoring of anxiety (SAS), self-scoring of depression (SDS), maternal and infant knowledge mastery score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in SAS, SDS and maternal and infant knowledge mastery scores between the two groups before nursing, and there was no statistical significance between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of maternal and infant knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of the joint participatory nursing model in the room of maternal and infant nursing can effectively relieve maternal anxiety and depression, improve maternal and infant knowledge level, has important significance for the improvement of the overall nursing quality, and has the value of promotion and application.
