优质护理用于老年冠心病并发心力衰竭患者中的效果

摘要	应用优质护理并且探究其护理效果，寻找更加适合老年冠心病并发心力衰竭患者的护理方法。方法本研究方案中共应用随机抽样方式将研究患者分为两组，分别是常规护理干预的对照组及优质护理的试验组，研究患者取自于 2021 年 1 月至 2023 年 3 月我院收治的老年冠心病并发心力衰竭患者，合计抽取 98 例，对比两组患者的并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果试验组患者中护理效果较明显，并发症出现概率低于对照组患者，并且患者在护理过程中的护理满意度也高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论优质护理干预能够对老年冠心病并发心力衰竭患者起到很好的护理作用，能够降低并发症发生概率、提高护理满意度。
Abstract	Objective To apply high-quality nursing and explore its nursing effects to find more suitable nursing methods for elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods In this study, patients were randomly divided into two groups, a control group with routine nursing intervention and a trial group with high-quality nursing. The study patients were selected from elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023. A total of 98 patients were selected, and the complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Among the patients in the experimental group, the nursing effect was obvious, the probability of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the nursing process was also higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can play a good nursing role in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure, reduce the probability of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
