Objective To explore the clinical nursing points and implementation effect of preventing deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity after tumor intervention. Method 68 cases of tumor interventional surgery patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the objects of this study. According to the method of digital random table, they were divided into control group (n=34) and experimental group (n=34). The conventional nursing mode was set as the control group, and the lower limb deep vein thrombosis prevention nursing mode was set as the experimental group. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower limbs, changes in quality of life before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction in two groups. Results After intervention, the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity in the experimental group (2.94%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (23.53%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before intervention, there was little difference in quality of life score between the two groups (P>0.05), and after intervention, the experimental group had significantly higher quality of life score than the control group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction of experimental group (94.12%） was significantly higher than that of control group (73.53%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Lower extremity deep vein thrombosis prevention nursing mode can effectively prevent lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after tumor intervention, improve the postoperative recovery effect of patients, improve their postoperative quality of life, and enhance patients satisfaction of nursing services recognition.
