Objective To analyze the application effect of dehydration and antihypertensive drugs in neurosurgical nursing. Methods The subjects of this study were 52 neurosurgical patients admitted between February 2021 and February 2022. They were randomly divided into two groups using a digital table method. One group was the experimental group, receiving targeted nursing care, and the other group was the reference group, receiving routine nursing care. There were 26 cases in each group. Compare and analyze the nursing effects of the two groups. Results Compared with the reference group, the effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05). The comparison between the experimental group and the reference group showed that the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion Effective nursing intervention combined with dehydrating and hypotensive drugs in neurosurgical patients can promote the therapeutic effect and help to reduce adverse drug reactions.
