Objective To discuss the clinical effect of implementing the integrated medical and nursing emergency care process for patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI）. Methods 100 patients with AMI admitted to the hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected for study. They were divided into observation group and control group. 50 patients with routine emergency care were selected as the control group, and the remaining patients were treated with the integrated emergency care process of medical care as the observation group. Results The time from symptom onset to emergency room, triage time, ECG, access to emergency room, PCI, goalball and reperfusion time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group; The rescue success rate (96.00%) and recurrence rate (6.00%) were lower than 84.00% and 20.00% in the control group; Nursing satisfaction (96.00%) was higher than that of the control group (74.00%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05）.Conclusion The integrated medical and nursing emergency nursing process can not only greatly shorten the rescue time, but also ensure the success rate of rescue reliably and strictly control the complications, which is worthy of wide application.
