五位一体护理对胸外科手术患者身心健康和生活质量的影响

摘要	观察在对胸外科手术患者护理中将五位一体护理模式进行运用的作用。方法纳入 2021 年 3 月至 2022 年 11 月本院胸外科手术患者 68 例为对象，随机数表均分对照组（34 例，开展常规护理支持）和观察组（34 例，开展五位一体护理模式）。分析护理效果。结果对比患者在手术期间身心健康水平以及生活质量水平，在干预前两组无差异，P>0.05，干预后，观察组均明显高于对照组，P<0.05。结论在对胸外科手术患者进行护理过程中将五位一体护理模式进行运用，可以提升患者在手术治疗期间身心健康以及生活质量，有助于患者进行恢复。
Abstract	Objective To observe the effect of applying the five in one nursing model in the nursing of patients undergoing thoracic surgery. Methods A total of 68 patients undergoing thoracic surgery in our hospital from March 2021 to November 2022 were randomly divided into a control group (34 cases, with routine nursing support) and an observation group (34 cases, with a five-in-one nursing model). Analyze the nursing effect. Results Compared with the patients physical and mental health level and quality of life during the operation, there was no difference between the two groups before the intervention (P>0.05). After the intervention, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the five in one nursing model in the nursing process of patients undergoing thoracic surgery can improve their physical and mental health and quality of life during surgical treatment, and help them recover.
