Objective To improve the mastery of disease knowledge of assisted reproductive technology (ART) assisted pregnancy patients, improve the rate of excellent embryo and pregnancy success, and improve the psychological status of patients, further explore the application effect of staged health education model, and provide reference basis for clinical practice. Methods A total of 100 cases of assisted reproductive technology (ART) patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group and observation group (50 cases in each group) according to the order of receiving treatment. Results The statistical study showed that the score of disease knowledge mastery, HAMA and HAND of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the excellent embryo rate, pregnancy success rate and nursing satisfaction rate were higher. The data difference was significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The analysis shows that the staged health education mode has a significant effect on the mastery of disease knowledge of the patients assisted by assisted reproductive technology, the psychological state has been significantly improved, the rate of excellent embryo, the rate of successful pregnancy and the rate of nursing satisfaction have been significantly improved, and the application value is good. Therefore, it is recommended to vigorously promote the application in clinical practice.
