综合护理干预在小儿先天性多指畸形术手术室护理中的应用效果

摘要	讨论研究在小儿先天性多指畸形术手术室护理中开展综合护理干预工作的价值作用。方法将2021年9月到2022年9月期间院内的68例小儿先天性多指畸形术患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组（采取常规模式开展护理工作）、观察组（采取综合护理干预模式开展护理工作），观察并比较两组并发症发生情况、住院治疗时长，观察并比较两组家属对护理工作满意情况。结果将两组接受不同护理工作后相关数据信息输入到统计学系统中处理得出结果P值<0.05，差异显著，观察组整体并发症发生情况、住院治疗时长、家属对护理工作满意度等各项数据信息均明显比对照组更具优势。结论在小儿先天性多指畸形术手术室护理中开展综合护理干预工作可减少并发症对患儿不良影响，让患儿尽早出院，增强家属对护理工作满意度。
Abstract	Objective To discuss the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the operation room nursing of children with congenital polydactyly. Methods From September 2021 to September 2022, 68 cases of children with congenital polydactyly in hospital were included in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group (using the conventional mode to carry out nursing work) and the observation group (using the comprehensive nursing intervention mode to carry out nursing work). The occurrence of complications and the length of hospitalization in the two groups were observed and compared, and the satisfaction of family members in the two groups was observed and compared. Results The relevant data information of the two groups after receiving different nursing work was input into the statistical system and the result was P<0.05, with significant difference. The observation groups overall complications, length of hospitalization, family members satisfaction with nursing work and other data information were significantly superior to the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the operation room of children with congenital polydactyly can reduce the adverse effects of complications on children, enable children to leave hospital as soon as possible, and enhance the satisfaction of family members with nursing work.
