四肢创伤骨折患者急性疼痛护理管理的方法研究

摘要	讨论研究在四肢创伤骨折患者中开展急性疼痛护理管理工作的价值作用。方法将2021年9月到2022年9月期间院内的62例四肢创伤骨折患者纳入研究范围，利用随机分配法划分为对照组（采取常规模式开展护理工作）、观察组（采取急性疼痛护理管理模式开展护理工作），观察并比较两组患者对护理工作满意情况，观察并比较两组患者护理前后视觉模拟疼痛程度评分。结果将两组护理前后相关数据信息输入到统计学系统处理，护理前两组视觉模拟疼痛程度评分之间处理结果P值>0.05，无显著差异，护理后结果P值<0.05，差异显著，观察组整体满意度、视觉模拟疼痛程度评分数据信息明显比对照组更具优势。结论在四肢创伤骨折患者中开展急性疼痛护理管理工作可减轻患者生理痛苦，为患者提供更为满意的护理服务。
Abstract	Objective To discuss the value of carrying out acute pain nursing management in patients with traumatic fracture of limbs. Methods 62 patients with limbs trauma fracture in the hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group (nursing work was carried out in the conventional mode) and the observation group (nursing work was carried out in the acute pain nursing management mode). The satisfaction of the two groups of patients with nursing work was observed and compared, and the scores of visual simulated pain before and after nursing were observed and compared. Results The relevant data information before and after the nursing of the two groups was input into the statistical system for processing. Before the nursing, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of visual simulation pain score (P>0.05), while after the nursing, there was a significant difference (P<0.05). The overall satisfaction and visual simulation pain score data information of the observation group were significantly superior to those of the control group. Conclusion Carrying out the nursing management of acute pain in patients with traumatic fracture of limbs can alleviate the physiological pain of patients and provide more satisfactory nursing services for patients.
