Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhetinic acid glycoside injection in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 100 patients with chronic eczema who visited our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into groups using a number table method. The observation group consisted of 50 patients who received intravenous infusion of compound glycyrrhetinic acid glycoside injection, with a dose of 40ml/day; A control group of 50 cases was administered with 10% calcium gluconate (10 mL) and intravenous drip of vitamin C (3.0g). The other two groups of patients were given cetirizine tablets (10mg) orally once a day, with calamine lotion for external use. The course of treatment was four weeks, and the patients EASI score and itching degree were analyzed. Results After treatment, the area of the affected area, EASI score, and itching degree of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared to before treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group (92.00%) after treatment was better than that of the control group (72.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound glycyrrhetinic acid glycoside injection has more advantages and reliable clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic eczema.
