摘要	对优质护理服务在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理中的应用效果进行分析。方法研究分析优质护理在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者治疗的应用效果，将本院78例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象，使用电脑随机分组，两组患者分别应用不同护理措施，即常规护理和优质护理服务，比较护理结果。结果经对比发现，观察组患者和对照组患者的护理效果之间明显存在较大差异（P＜0.05）。结论对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采用优质护理服务可以有效的促进患者护理效果的提升，改善患者生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing service in the nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the elderly. Methods This study analyzed the application effect of high quality nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, 78 cases of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital as the research object, using computer randomized grouping, two groups of patients respectively applied different nursing measures, that is, routine nursing and high quality nursing services, compared nursing results. Results It was found that there was significant difference between the nursing effect of observation group and control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing services for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively promote the improvement of patient nursing effect, improve the quality of life of patients.
